Shopping at LT
The success of LT rests upon two main pillars: manufacturing and commerce. LT is also embracing digitalization when it comes to the latter. The online shop has been around since 2015. The LT online shop now has more than 30,000 parts to choose from. Availability is good and shipping is fast.
Orders placed before 5.30 p.m. are usually delivered by 9 a.m. the next day, even on Saturdays. Because if you need a replacement part, you need it right now and not in a few days’ time. LT ensures that customers have their parts as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped from the LT company headquarters in the Emmental in small and large packages. The Swiss Post or a subcontractor comes every weekday evening to collect the packages from the warehouse. This allows LT to guarantee the fastest possible delivery – the very next day.
The high-quality parts are packed quickly but also very carefully. After all, we obviously want all of our orders to reach our customers in perfect condition, and ensuring that this is the case is part of the LT quality promise.
