New forestry machines are not created by us in the office, but are invented in the forest – in collaboration with the Swiss forest owners association. LT has been developing and manufacturing forestry machines for the last 45 years. This segment of the company is sustained with great enthusiasm. As a family business in Emmenthal, in the middle of the Swiss countryside, we know the requirements of farmers and foresters well as if from «at home». But that is not enough on its own. In cooperation with those who in the end use and test them, we invent new products in the forest – on real trees, in real terrain and in all kinds of weather. This is how the tools for professionals are made.
